Testing for Intelligence

According to the article, They Aren't Dedicated! Ghana'sfailing education reveals that 53 percent of Ghanian youth failed the basic education certificate examination in 2011. The BECE is a standardized test that is given at the end of junior high. The results of the test determines the students eligibility to enter high school. There should be multiple components To assess a student's cognitive ability.
